Niels Maijer (1973) has been working in the Amsterdam real estate business since 1999. He worked for various reputable Amsterdam real estate agents, where he gained extensive experience before co-founding Makelaarskantoor BEN in mid-2007.
Niels is examiner for the professional exam in Amsterdam, as organised by the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Makelaars; NVM)
and he has been the vice-chairman of the board of Real Estate Association Amsterdam (Makelaarsvereniging Amsterdam; MVW) since January 2014.
He has been a certified Real Estate Agent-Valuer since 2004
and is a member of MVA, NVM, VastgoedCert and NRVT.
Niels lives in Amsterdam. In his free time, Niels is a real family man and he enjoys playing tennis. He also loves searching for excellent wine abroad (and having a little taste!).
